Generalities

This Dome Rencontre service is designed for adults only.

This contract constitutes a legal agreement between the site user (member) and Dome Rencontre.

The site user accepts all the terms and conditions of this contract as long as he/she is a member. All the terms and conditions can be amended at any time and become in effect immediately.

At any time, both the site user and Dome Rencontre can cancel the member's subscription, for any reason. Dome Rencontre reserves the right to cancel at any time, the site user's membership without warning, as soon as the member does not conform to any terms of this agreement.

By subscribing to Dome Rencontre,

1) You agree to receive our newsletter, each month, as long as your profile will be existing.
To cease receiving the newsletters of Dome Rencontre, you will have to remove your profile.

2) You agree that your profile is publicly visible on the entire internet network.

3) When you add photos to your profile, you agree that the name of our website appears in the bottom of each of your photos.

Terms and conditions

The member hereby certifies that all the information contained in his/her profil is true. Dome Rencontre is not responsible for any consequences caused in the member's life, or any other member of Dome Rencontre by the information contained in the profil.

It is understood that all Dome Rencontre members and network have access to any new subscription.

Including in a profil an electronic mail and/or postal addresses, ICQ or any other way to contact other members without using Dome Rencontre services are forbidden.

It IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to make reference to another agency or to a relational institute in your profile or in your messages. All violation of this regulation will result in the immediate destruction of your profile.

It IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to include in the first message you send to a member an electronic mail and/or postal addresses, ICQ, Telephone number or any other personnal contact information. Any first message containing perrsonal contact information will be consider as SPAM mail and will be automatically transfer in the SPAM box of the other member and he/she will not be able to read it.

Important

Dome Rencontre won't be held responsible for any incident following a contact or a date between members.

It is understood and accepted by the member that there won't be any money refund following a registration as a member on Dome Rencontre.

On Dome Rencontre, it is absolutely forbidden to use any libel, obscene, offensive, violent, racist texts, illegal material that would violate anyone's private or public intellectual propritery This will lead to immediate expulsion.

Photo that contain nudity, vulgar, offensive will not be tolerated (eg sexist, racist, violent ,...).

No alternative relationship type is tolerated.

Dome Rencontre reserves the right to modify or reject any member's profil that are not in conformity with this agreement's terms and conditions.

Dome Rencontre won't be held responsible for web surfing problems incured by the user, for any event causing them, wrong operation by the user, defective telephone line, modem incompatibility, broken cables, wrong computer configuration, etc.

By subscribing to Dome Rencontre, the member accepts and agrees with all the terms and conditions contained herein.

Purchase and refund conditions

This contract constitutes a legal agreement between the site user (member) and Dome Rencontre. The site user accepts all the conditions of this contract when he/she make a purchase.
Dome Rencontre reserves the right to reject or cancel any purchase made by a member that does not act in conformity with the rules

Purchase politics

The total amount of your purchase will have to be paid entirely at the time of the purchase.

Once you will have made a purchase on Dome Rencontre, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. You should keep this email as a proof of the VIP subscription you've bought because we could ask for it if there is any problems with the addition of your VIP subscription.

Purchase cancellation politics

Dome Rencontre does not do any refund on sales. All sales are final.
A purchase can be canceled ONLY if you did not begin to use your VIP subscription and if your purchase was made during the last 3 days.

Here is the details of the requirements for the cancellation of a purchase:

1) You did not read ANY message
2) You did not send ANY custom message
3) You did not participate in ANY private conversation
4) Your purchase was made during the last 3 days

To ask for the cancellation of a purchase, you must use the contact form , by entering your username, the date of the purchase, the amount of the purchase and the reason of your cancellation request.

Confidentiality

You are responsible of the confidentiality of your password and your user account.
You are responsible of all the activities of your account and you accept to inform immediately Dome Rencontre in any case of non authorized usage of your account.

Dome Rencontre is not responsible of the incurred losses in case of non authorized usage of your user account and your password.
